AgRhythm Beta Terms

Useful now, still being actively shaped.

AgRhythm is being developed in the open with real farms, real workflows, and real feedback. We believe the platform has strong potential, especially around map-based records, imagery, analysis, and practical farm intelligence.

At the same time, the beta is still evolving. Features, analysis, language, and AI-assisted outputs may change as we improve how the product works. These terms are here to set clear expectations about using the beta thoughtfully.

Beta means evolving

Features may change, improve, fail, be withdrawn, or behave differently as we iterate the product and refine the workflows around it.

AI can assist, not decide

Generated analysis, chat responses, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suited to your exact farm conditions.

You stay responsible

You are responsible for the data you upload, the way you interpret outputs, and the decisions you make using anything shown in the beta.

Core terms

What using the beta means in practice

These points are meant to be clear and usable. The goal is not to undersell the platform, but to be honest about where it is today and how it should be used while it matures.

1. Beta status

AgRhythm beta is an early-access service. Parts of the product may still be experimental, and we may update features, workflows, interfaces, or underlying models without notice as development continues.

2. AI-assisted outputs

Some outputs in AgRhythm may be generated or supported by AI, image processing, automated interpretation, or model-based analysis. Those outputs are provided to assist review and decision-making, not to replace it.

3. No professional advice

Nothing in the beta should be treated as agronomic, veterinary, animal welfare, financial, legal, compliance, health and safety, or operational advice. If a decision carries material risk, you should verify it independently and use qualified professional advice where appropriate.

4. Your review obligation

You must review outputs before relying on them. That includes checking whether the information makes sense for your land, stock, crops, pasture, timing, weather, equipment, people, and local conditions.

5. Your data and context

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the records, imagery, observations, and files you provide to AgRhythm. Useful outputs depend on the quality and context of what goes in.

6. Availability and continuity

The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect uptime, permanent feature continuity, or error-free performance while the beta is under active development.

7. Liability position

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgRhythm is not liable for loss, damage, cost, or disruption arising from use of the beta, reliance on generated outputs, or interruptions and defects associated with a beta service.

8. Feedback and improvement

By using the beta, you understand that bug reports, workflow feedback, and product observations may be used to improve AgRhythm. That practical feedback is part of how we shape the platform into something more useful over time.

9. Updated terms

We may update these beta terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the beta after changes are published means the current version applies.

Operational baseline

Keep discernment in the loop.

AgRhythm beta is being built because we think better farm intelligence can become genuinely useful. During beta, that usefulness should be paired with review, context, and judgment. Use the platform to support decisions, not to bypass them.
